Energia 7’s will take place during the June Bank Holiday weekend, May 29th – 31st 2020 at Energia Park in Dublin.
Energia 7’s is a new annual rugby festival coming to Dublin for the first time in 2020. The inaugural Energia 7’s festival of rugby will take place over the June Bank Holiday weekend with a men’s and women’s 7’s rugby tournament and a mixed social TAG rugby competition. Located at Energia Park and Herbert Park in Donnybrook, the rugby festival will be a fun weekend; packed with rugby, music, big screens, a day village, player appearances, live entertainment, a food village, competitions, and much more.
Teams are invited to register for the competitions on the official festival website – energia7s.ie. Registration is open to adult men’s and women’s 7’s teams, as well as mixed social TAG rugby teams.
Social tickets are also available for fans to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the festival fun across the weekend. The weekend will kick off on the evening of Friday May 29th from 6pm to 12pm with live music and entertainment. The group stage of the rugby competitions will take place on Saturday 30th May from 10am in Energia Park and Herbert Park with entertainment until late. Sunday May 31st will see the knockout stages, the finals and more entertainment, competitions and prizes.
